At Luvyaak, we care deeply about every pet’s health and happiness.

Because our leashes and accessories are handmade with love, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve left our hands. This is simply to keep things safe and hygienic for all pets — preventing any chance of cross-contamination or the spread of illnesses.

If Something’s Not Right

We want you to love what you ordered!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, just send us an email right away. We’ll review the situation and work out the best solution for you — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or another fix.

A Little Note About Handmade Items

Each Luvyaak product is individually handcrafted, so you may notice small variations in color, size, or weave pattern. These little differences are what make every piece unique — no two are exactly the same. If you’re looking for machine-made uniformity, our handmade charm might feel a little different.
